The company says that the owners were aware of the reasons behind these delays and agreed to provide it with the necessary compensation.
The company also asserts due to these delays, the owners signed an agreement to provide it with as many as 1,000 days of additional time to complete the project. However, once the project was finished, it claims that the owners failed to comply with the terms of the arrangement. The company has since filed a lawsuit against the owners, seeking to recover monetary damages.
